To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it.
Unframed posters, both signed and unsigned, are not returnable unless damaged in shipping.
If you receive a damaged poster, you must call within 10 days of receipt to make your damage claim.
Clothing may only be returned or exchanged if it is unworn or there is a manufacturers defect.
Jewelry, Books, CDs, DVDs, and other multimedia products may not be returned once received, but may be exchanged if there is a manufacturing defect or damage in transit.
Specialty Items such as Prints may not be exchanged or returned unless there is a manufacturing defect or damage in transit. All Prints are shipped with full insurance. Please contact us immediately if it was damaged upon arrival.
Customers must have had an interaction with a representative, if you have not received instructions from us do not send your product back. You will be responsible for sending the item to us and accepting the cost of re-shipping the desired item.
