There is a restocking fee on all returns and exchanges, 15% for international orders and 10% for domestic orders. Please contact us if you require more details on a product before ordering.
We do not offer Returns / Exchanges on both signed and unsigned posters, jewelry, books, CDs, DVDs, puzzles, prints and sculptures. We are also not able to accept Returns / Exchanges on yoga mats, hats, headbands, face shields, face masks and bandanas for hygienic reasons.
Returns & Exchanges:
Clothing may only be returned or exchanged if it is unworn with original tags intact, or there is a manufacturers defect.
If you are dissatisfied with merchandise purchased from the CoSM Shop, you must contact us within 10 business days of receipt. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it.
Returns & exchanges must be received within 10 business days of contact with representative.
Customers must have had an interaction with a representative, if you have not received instructions from us do not send your product back. Once instructed to do so, you will be responsible for sending the item to us.
Claims for Damaged, Lost, or Incorrect Orders:
Claims for missing or incorrect items or damaged shipments must be made within 10 business days of receipt. If your package is a gift intended for a later date, you must inspect the contents for damage or any missing items upon receipt.
Depending on the case, we will ship the missing or replacement item at no extra cost to the original Ship To address on the order. If you cancel an order after it has been shipped, you will be refunded less the cost of shipping and return.
