We take great pride in the quality of our goods, and each order is specially packed with great care. Please allow 7-10 business days for orders to be processed. Orders with items signed by Alex Grey may take a few extra days. Once orders have been processed and shipped, you will receive tracking information via email.

International Orders: Please allow up to 6 weeks from date of order for delivery.

Duties & taxes levied by Customs are the responsibility of you, the customer. They cannot be estimated and are not the responsibility of the CoSM Shop. This applies to all orders.

Please make sure you provide the correct phone number on your order, if customs cannot reach you, your package will be returned and you will be responsible for the cost of re-shipment.

At this time, due to very high security measures set by Customs, we cannot ship anything to Russia or China. We truly appreciate your interest and we sincerely apologize we are unable to provide merchandise to this area. 

Missing Orders

If you have received notification of shipment, but have not received your package, you must contact us within 10 business days of ship date.

Please note that if the original "ship to" address is insufficient or incorrect and returned to us, you will be responsible for the cost of re-shipping the item.


There is a restocking fee on all returns and exchanges, 15% for international orders and 10% for domestic orders. Please contact us if you require more details on a product before ordering.

Returns & Exchanges
Clothing may only be returned or exchanged if it is unworn with original tags intact, or there is a manufacturers defect.

If you are dissatisfied with merchandise purchased from the CoSM Shop, you must contact us within 10 business days of receipt. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it.

Customers must have had an interaction with a representative, if you have not received instructions from us do not send your product back. You will be responsible for sending the item to us and accepting the cost of re-shipping the desired item. 

Claims for Damaged, Lost, or Incorrect orders
Claims for missing or incorrect items or damaged shipments must be made within 10 business days of receipt. If your package is a gift intended for a later date, you must inspect the contents for damage or any missing items upon receipt.

Depending on the case, we will ship the missing or replacement item at no extra cost to the original Ship To address on the order. If the items need to be sent to an alternate address, then the customer may be responsible for part of or all shipping fees. Please contact us via telephone, or email support@cosm.org

If you’d like to cancel an order, you must contact us via phone. Email and voicemail messages are not a valid cancellation. You must speak with a representative.
If you cancel an order after it has been shipped, you will be refunded less the cost of shipping and return.
