Refund policy

There is a restocking fee on all returns and exchanges.

10 percent for domestic orders

15 percent for international orders

Please contact us if you require more information about a product before placing your order.

Non-Returnable Items

The following items cannot be returned or exchanged for any reason:

• Signed or unsigned posters

• Prints (all types)

• Sculptures

• Jewelry

• Books, CDs, DVDs

• Puzzles

• Bathing suits

• Yoga mats

• Hats, headbands, face shields, face masks, and bandanas

• Any limited edition, special release, or handcrafted item

• Any item returned used, worn, altered, or without original packaging/tags

These restrictions include hygiene-related items and any artwork or limited-edition product.

Returns & Exchanges (Eligible Items Only)

Clothing may be returned or exchanged only if it is unworn, unwashed, and includes all original tags.

Bathing suits are excluded.

If you are dissatisfied with eligible merchandise, you must contact us within 30 business days of receipt.

To qualify for a return:

• The item must be unused and in the same condition you received it.

• You must contact a representative before sending anything back.

• Please do not ship any item until you receive instructions from the CoSM Shop team.

Returns and exchanges must be received within 30 business days from the date you first contacted us.

Customers are responsible for shipping the product back to us after receiving instructions.

Claims for Damaged, Lost, or Incorrect Orders

Claims for missing items, incorrect items, or damage during shipping must be made within 30 business days of delivery.

If the order was purchased as a gift, please inspect all contents upon arrival. Claims cannot be made at a later date due to a delayed unboxing.

Depending on the situation, we may ship a missing or replacement item at no additional cost to the original shipping address.

If the replacement must be shipped to a different address, additional shipping charges may apply.

Cancellations & Order Changes

If you need to cancel or change an order, please email us as soon as possible at support@cosm.org.

If the order has already been processed, packed, or shipped, changes or cancellations may not be possible.

Please include your order number in the subject line for faster service.
