In the Being series of paintings, there is a repeating design of a central face with 2 eyes, 3 noses, and 3 mouths, flanked on both sides by a skull and fetus. The Beings had many different pattern languages defining their visionary skin, such as the many faceted web of gems that define the Jewel Being. The skull and fetus symbolize our embeddedness in time, the central Being reflects our timeless essence. - Alex Grey
These cozy blankets are woven in the U.S. using 100% recycled cotton! We partner with a small mill here on the east coast of the US, and so there are only a limited number of blankets able to be woven per batch.
